A collarless jacket inspired by vintage photographer vests and jackets.

• Made from 10 oz. denim woven with slub yarns blended with high-quality American cotton, creating a naturally uneven texture and a distinctive appearance.
• The warp yarns are rope-dyed with pure indigo, while the weft yarns are dyed gray using reactive dyes. The result is a deep color inspired by vintage American workwear.
• The fabric is dyed in Fukuyama, Hiroshima, and woven and finished in Ibara, Okayama, reflecting the quality of Japan’s renowned denim-producing regions.
• The placement, size, and shape of the multiple pockets are carefully balanced to combine functionality with style. The collarless design also works well for layering with turtlenecks and hoodies.
• Combining vintage character, modern design, and Japanese-made denim, this jacket is suitable for a wide range of outfits, from everyday wear to workwear and outdoor activities.

"MODMNT" has been started in Fall/Winter 2025 with Daiki Suzuki, a designer based in New York. “MODMNT” is an abbreviation of the coined term "Modulement," combining "Module", "Mode", "Equipment", and "Element". It proposes "wear that functions like tools" – independent items freely selected, combined, and expanded. It reinterprets elements like American, outdoor, military, and vintage, reconstructing them through MODMNT's unique perspective. It develops new functional wear = tool-like clothing that can be expanded by combining individual units.
