These cargo pants are made from 8oz slub denim and reinterpret the iconic details of monkey pants with a modern construction.

• Natural shading and an uneven texture achieved through the irregular spinning of 8oz slub yarn
• The unique aging process of denim, where color fading and wear marks develop with repeated wear
• A functional silhouette that retains military-inspired ruggedness while adapting to everyday movements
• An inner waist drawcord allows for waist adjustment without a belt
• A functional pocket layout reconstructed based on the characteristic back style of monkey pants

"MODMNT" has been started in Fall/Winter 2025 with Daiki Suzuki, a designer based in New York. “MODMNT” is an abbreviation of the coined term "Modulement," combining "Module", "Mode", "Equipment", and "Element". It proposes "wear that functions like tools" – independent items freely selected, combined, and expanded. It reinterprets elements like American, outdoor, military, and vintage, reconstructing them through MODMNT's unique perspective. It develops new functional wear = tool-like clothing that can be expanded by combining individual units.
