Porter Classic SUPER NYLON series, HELMET CASE - INDIGO BLUE. As the name implies, it is a bag originally developed by the United States Air Force to put a helmet in. It has no depth and is flat, but the bottom is rounded, and it spreads like a bucket by putting something in it, so it has more storage capacity than it looks.
