Back Nep BB Cap

BN (Bucknep) Baseball Cap made of Bucknep material. Bucknep material is made from a mixture of American and Australian cotton with a dry feel, and when it is cut, neps are created by adjusting the machine, and then woven on a rapier loom while adding strength to the yarns, thereby increasing the strength of the fabric itself. This Bucknep material is dyed without a mercerization finish to bring out the surface elegance, leaving the unevenness of the neps for a natural and elegant look. In addition, a hard resin finish is applied to the fabric to give it stiffness, improve wind resistance, and reduce changes in shape due to washing. Markings are made with the last letter of the color name.
