宮城県産の松を使用した木製のラウンドプレート。特徴として料理とお皿の間で結露しにくく、暖かい料理がそのままおいしく食べられます。そしてなんといっても木の食器は頑丈であり、陶器のように落としても割れません。ナイフやフォークでついてしまう傷も「料理と食器、そして使う人、傷はその時その時の思い出」と、木工職人の高橋氏は言います。年齢を問わず全ての人に長く使ってほしいからこそ軽量で持ちやすく、落としても割れ無いように丈夫な物を。そんな木製の普通の食器です。また発売前には約３ヶ月間カフェでの営業でお皿と箸の耐久性をテスト。毎日何回も食洗機で洗っても変形やひびや割れは無し。驚きの丈夫さです。35年以上の熟練の技法により乾燥させ削りだし、塗装加工を経て丹精を込めて出来上がりました。毎日の食卓はもちろん、軽量で丈夫ですのでキャンプやピクニックにもお使いいただけます。
