Dotsume (Tight Tension) Pullover Parka
This extra-thick 11.5 oz. jersey fabric is knitted on a Loopwheel circular knitting machine using American cotton (The sides of this hoodie are cut from the hang knitting fabric). Since this fabric is knitted to the maximum high density, only about 30 pieces of fabric can be produced a day from a single knitting machine. The slow knitting process on a Loopwheel circular knitting machine evenly packs the grain, so it does not shrink or warp easily even after repeated wear and washing. The diameter of the hood is designed to be slightly compact for the wearing season. Considering the material's lack of elasticity, the hem width has been widened and the sleeve length has been shortened to make it easier to put on and take off.
